Routines

A routine is work an agent repeats on a schedule. It keeps running while you're away, and risky steps can still wait for your approval, as you set in Settings → Approvals.

Make a routine

Say when, in plain words: “Check our competitors' pricing every Monday at 9 AM and tell me what changed.” The agent creates a routine, shown in its Details with the next run time, plus Run now, pause and delete. Times follow your time zone.

Reminders

One-off reminders work too: “remind me in 20 minutes to call Priya” or “tomorrow at 5 PM”. They run once, then leave the list. To stop one, just say so: “cancel the water reminder.”

Teach a task

Press + → Teach a task. The agent's computer opens; do the task once in its browser, terminal or files, then press Done teaching. The agent writes down the steps and saves them as a routine you can run any time.

Quiet when there's nothing new

A check with nothing to report, like a price that hasn't dropped yet, is logged quietly instead of messaging you.

Routines and your weekly limit

Routines use your weekly limit like any other work. When most of the week's limit is used, scheduled routines wait for the reset unless you mark them Important in the agent's Details.
