Connecting apps
Connect the apps your team uses so agents can read and act in them: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Linear, HubSpot, Asana and monday.com.
Connect an app
- Press Connect apps at the bottom of the crew list.
- Pick an app and sign in with that app's own sign-in page. Larkgrass never sees your password.
- Choose what the crew may use. Your agents now list that app's tools and use them when a task needs them.
What agents can do with them
Reading (searching your inbox, listing calendar events, opening a document) happens without asking. Anything that changes something (sending an email, creating an event, posting a message, editing a page) can wait for your approval, and you choose which in Settings → Approvals: ask every time, auto-review (a quick AI check allows low-risk ones), or Always allow. Agents can still make mistakes, so check anything important. Several changes in one task are shown together, and you can untick any of them before approving.
Your data
Larkgrass uses data from connected apps only to do what you ask. It isn't used for advertising or sold, and Google and Slack data isn't used to train AI models. See the Privacy policy for the details.
Disconnecting
Disconnect an app any time from Connect apps. You can also revoke Larkgrass's access in the app itself, for example in your Google Account under Security → Third-party connections.
Sites without an app connection
For other sites, sign in on the agent's computer: Computer → Sign in to a site. The sign-in stays in the computer's browser.
